Design Lights Consortium (DLC)

The DLC promotes quality, high performance, and energy efficient commercial sector lighting solutions through collaboration among its federal, regional, state, utility, and energy efficiency program members, luminaire manufacturers, lighting designers, and other industry stakeholders throughout the US and Canada. The DLC is a project of Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP), a regional non-profit which has been bringing stakeholders together since 1996 to accelerate efficiency solutions to create lasting change in the marketplace.

Natural Gas Efficiency

New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (NHPUC)

The NHPUC is vested with general jurisdiction over electric, telecommunications, natural gas, water, and sewer for issues such as rates, quality of service, finance, accounting, and safety. It is the NHPUC’s mission to ensure that customers of regulated utilities receive safe, adequate, and reliable service at just and reasonable rates. NH Community Development Finance Authority (NHCDFA)

The NHCDFA is a low-interest loan and grant program available to businesses, nonprofit organizations, and municipalities to help finance energy improvements and renewable energy projects in their buildings.

NH Office of Strategic Initiatives

NHOSI operates several energy programs in partnership with private and public entities to encourage energy efficiency and renewable energy use.

Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships, Inc. (NEEP)

NEEP is a nonprofit regional organization whose mission is to steadily increase energy efficiency in homes, buildings, and industry throughout the Northeast region of the United States.

Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE)

The EERE accelerates development and facilitates deployment of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies and market-based solutions that strengthen U.S. energy security, environmental quality, and economic vitality.

Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI)

RGGI is a cooperative effort among nine states – Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont – to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The CEE is a national, non-profit public benefits corporation promoting the manufacture and purchase of energy efficient products and services.
