The NHSaves utility partners provide no and low-cost training, certifications and job placement support for emerging professionals in the clean energy trades. These initiatives include tailored career pathways for roles like Energy Auditors and Weatherization Installers, featuring structured advancement opportunities from entry-level technician roles to specialized and managerial positions. The utility partners help with:

• Offsetting training costs for contractors and new hires
• Connecting job seekers with local employers
• Assisting with industry-recognized certifications, such as those from BPI and/or RESNET
• Hands-on mentorship and on-the-job training, supporting upward mobility within energy efficiency roles
