Calculator for new equipment and controls being installed in spaces that are newly constructed or renovated. The tool can also be used anytime new equipment and controls are installed with the energy code or industry standard practice is serving as the baseline.

Calculator for retrofitted equipment and controls being installed in existing buildings replacing older less efficient equipment or operation.
