NHBSR’s 17th Annual Spring Conference is a day you won’t want to miss. As New Hampshire’s preeminent conference on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), our Spring Conference is an opportunity to join over 200 organizational and business professionals in leading the charge for sustainability throughout the state of New Hampshire. The day itself is specifically designed to emphasize networking and collaborative opportunities, while creating a sound platform for participants to learn about the resources, skills, and knowledge that will help them develop their own sustainability initiatives and programs.

This year’s event, “Lead the Change,” will feature both international and local leaders in CSR. Leith Sharp, Director of Executive Education in Sustainability Leadership at Harvard University, will kickoff the day in her keynote, “Unleashing Flow: The Future of Leadership.” A rapidly evolving 21st century context brings focus to our shared reality that no business can succeed in a failing world. The adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) signals an era in which the very nature of leadership itself is evolving. Leith will share key insights into a new leadership paradigm emerging in response to a global context that requires a radical increase in the flow of purpose driven ideas. This keynote will address how new ideas move through our organizations and how we can transform leadership and organizational design to position sustainability as the ultimate innovation driver in our ever-connected and fast-paced world.

In the afternoon, a panel of leading CEOs from varied industries will share insights on sustainability opportunities and challenges within their sector as well as ideas for how the NH business community can have impact in our communities. This panel will give participants insight into the strategies and decision making processes that have been essential in pivoting their companies as industry leaders in both business and sustainability.

The conference also offers more focused sessions targeting issues central to CSR. Presented by local leaders, these sessions are offered in the morning and afternoon and organized into four different tracks: energy and environment, workplace and community, leadership for change, and sustainable innovation. Each session not only offers participants the chance to explore in-depth local CSR efforts and creative solutions, but also the opportunity to connect with local resources and like-minded individuals and programs.

There’s great strength in collaboration and connection. Efforts to bolster the resiliency, vibrancy, and prosperity of our communities and world are vital to us all.

We hope that you will join us!! Take advantage of early bird prices when you register by April 2!
